Warranties/Guarantees

Defects in Materials or Workmanship
The item will be repaired or replaced within one year of dispensing.

Scratch Resistant Coating
Scratch coated lenses will be replaced due to scratching once within one year of dispensing.

Eyeglass Breakage
Within one year of dispensing should the patient break part or all of his/her eyeglasses, the part of the frame or lenses will be replaced for 50% of the current retail price.

Patient Unhappy With Glasses He/She Chose
Patient may change his/her eyeglasses choice within 60 days of dispensing.  Patient will be charged the difference in price between his/her second choice and his/her initial selection if his/her choice is more expensive.

Order Cancellation After the Order has been Processed
Patient will be responsible for the charges of the lenses. There will be no charge for the frame unless it was a special order.  If the frame was a special order item, the patient will be charged our restocking and C.O.D. charges for the frame.
